SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return & Exchange Policy

Before purchasing please be aware that returns/exchanges will only be considered under certain circumstances such as:

  • the item is damaged due to manufacturing fault

  • you have received the wrong item

Items will not be eligible for a return if you have ordered the wrong size due to your own error, so please refer to our size guide carefully. Some items may have their own size guide so please check the item listing prior to ordering. 
If you realise you have ordered the wrong size, please contact me as soon as possible to correct this.

Unfortunately I will be unable to except a return if you change your mind once received, I am a small, one-person led business and most items are made to order. Please contact me if you have any queries about an item before ordering and I will be happy to assist you.

If you would like to be considered for a return or exchange, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

​

You will be responsible for any postage costs if a return or exchange is accepted and will need to send with a tracked & signed for service.

Items will need to be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition and packed securely for delivery like you received it or will not be accepted. 

Your original postage fees will not be refunded.

Ultimately, I hope you will not need to return due to you loving your Seref garment!

Shipping Policy

Free tracked UK shipping on all orders!

 

Please note that the shipping times do not include manufacture times for any Made to Order items.

Please check the information sections on each Made to Order item to see how long they will take me to make. They will be sewn in order of purchase time and you will receive an email when your item has been shipped.
 

All Ready To Wear items will be posted within 3 working days of purchase. 

 

All orders will be sent via a Tracked with Signature service. 

Please check your tracking info once your item is shipped to make sure you will be available to accept or rearrange the delivery attempt.


Please note that there may be minor delays with postage times due to coronavirus that are out of my control. 

If you have not received your order or a shipping email after these times, please contact me with your order number and date of purchase.

Please be patient with any Made to Order items - good things take time! Check product descriptions to see how long each garment takes to make.

I currently only have shipping options available for UK orders. Anywhere else please send an enquiry and I will get back to you with a quote on price & lead time for delivery if possible.
