Returns will only be considered due to a manufacturing fault or if the item is not as described. 

Any accepted returns will need to be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition and customer will be responsible for return postage fees with a Tracked service.

Please refer to our size guide to unsure you are ordering what is best for your measurements. Each shirt is made to order for you and therefore cannot be refunded for a sizing issue. If you are not sure which size to order please get in contact and we will be happy to help!

Shipping times do NOT include make time on any Made To Order items.

Any one of a kind garment will be sent within 3 working days.

All orders will be posted via either a 24hr or 48hr Tracked with Signature service.
You will recieve a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way! Please follow its tracking to ensure you will be available to accept or redirect your parcel.

Aftercare

Did you know that most of a garments carbon footprint comes from how you look after it?

• Spot clean to extend time between washes.
• Handwash only.
• Hang to dry - do not ring.
• Do NOT tumble dry.
• Cool iron if needed.
• No dry cleaning.

Wearing your garment more than once before washing will increase its lifespan and benefit the environment.
